# Contributor License Agreement

> What you agree to when contributing to Vantage Wealth.

## Why a CLA?

Vantage Wealth is licensed under AGPL-3.0. The CLA gives the project maintainer flexibility to:

* Offer commercial or subscription-based versions in the future
* Dual-license the project without re-obtaining consent from all contributors
* Maintain a clean IP chain

This is the same model used by Redis, Elastic, and HashiCorp before their commercial pivots.

## What you grant

By contributing, you grant Rohit Murarishetti a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, sublicense, and distribute your contribution — including under proprietary licenses.

You represent that you own the copyright to your contribution and have the right to grant this license.
