Why a CLA?

Vantage Wealth is licensed under AGPL-3.0. The CLA gives the project maintainer flexibility to:
  • Offer commercial or subscription-based versions in the future
  • Dual-license the project without re-obtaining consent from all contributors
  • Maintain a clean IP chain
This is the same model used by Redis, Elastic, and HashiCorp before their commercial pivots.

What you grant

By contributing, you grant Rohit Murarishetti a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, sublicense, and distribute your contribution — including under proprietary licenses. You represent that you own the copyright to your contribution and have the right to grant this license.

How to sign

Add this comment to your first pull request: 
I have read the CLA and agree to its terms.
PRs from contributors who haven’t signed will not be merged.
